On the night of April 16, the UFC on ESPN 44 tournament took place in Kansas City (USA), where American Max Holloway defeated his compatriot Arnold Allen in the main event.
Their fight lasted all five rounds, all the judges gave the victory to Max by unanimous decision. On top of that, Holloway made league history as the first fighter to land three thousand significant punches during his UFC career.
Holloway, 31, lost to Alex Volkanovski by unanimous decision at UFC 276 in July 2022. He has 24 wins and seven losses under his belt.
