UFC head Dana White announced the names of fighters who received bonuses of $300,000 at the end of the UFC 300 tournament, which took place on April 14 in Las Vegas (USA).
The "Fight of the Night" bonus went to Max Holloway and Justin Gaethje. Recall that this fight ended in favor of Max by knockout at the end of the fifth round.
Holloway also received a bonus for "Best Performance" along with former promotion's light heavyweight champion Jiri Prochazka, who knocked out Aleksandar Rakić in the second round. Thus, Max earned $600,000 at the end of UFC 300 not including his main fee.
UFC 300 was headlined by a light heavyweight title fight between Alex Pereira and Jamahal Hill. In this fight, Alex won by TKO in the first round and defended the championship belt.
