Faber's last appearance in the octagon was in December 2019 at UFC 245, where he lost to Petr Yan by knockout in the third round. Throughout his career under the UFC banner, he competed in 18 fights, achieving 11 wins. He has 35 wins and 11 losses in mixed martial arts in total.
