Former UFC middleweight title challenger Kelvin Gastelum is moving up to the welterweight division, ESPN columnist Carlos Legaspi reported.

Kelvin Gastelum told us he's moving back to welterweight, and UFC management has agreed to his decision. He expects to have his next fight in September.
Gastelum fought Chris Curtis at UFC 287 on April 9. The fight went the full three rounds and ended in Kelvin's victory by unanimous decision of the judges. He has 21 wins and eight losses under his belt.
