American UFC fighter Justin Gaethje has spoken out about the upcoming fight between the promotion's former two-division champion Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler.
It was previously reported that McGregor and Chandler would train on the 31st season of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) show.
Justin Gaethje
I don't understand why they had to put them together in a fight, what's the point? Conor only fights people that I've beaten. I don't know what else to say about this ridiculous fight. I don't care how it ends.
McGregor's last fight was against American Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in July 2021. In that fight, Conor was defeated by TKO due to a broken leg. He has a record of 22 wins and six losses.
Chandler last stepped into the Octagon against Dustin Poirier last November at UFC 281. Michael lost that fight via third-round choke. He has a record of 23 wins and eight losses.
