American UFC fighter Justin Gaethje has spoken out against the promotion's former two-weight champion Conor McGregor getting a UFC lightweight title fight.
Justin Gaethje
Would I quit if Conor won and they gave him a title shot? Probably. That’s how hurt I would be by the actions of the company I represent. But that’s out of my control. I just really hope that doesn’t happen. We can imagine a lot of things, but there’s a possibility that that’s the scenario, which I would be devastated, for sure.
Gaethje last fought against Rafael Fiziev on March 18 at UFC 286. In that fight, Justin won by majority decision. He has 24 wins and four losses under his belt.
The last time McGregor appeared in the octagon was in July 2021, at UFC 264. In this confrontation, Conor was defeated by TKO after he broke his leg. He has 22 wins and six losses under his belt.
