Former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou will make his PFL debut on October 19 with a fight against heavyweight division champion Renan Ferreira. This was announced by representatives of the organization.
Ngannou, 37, last fought in mixed martial arts at UFC 270 in January 2022, defeating Ciryl Gane by unanimous decision. He has 17 wins and three losses on his record.
Ferreira, 34, last stepped into the cage in February 2024 at the PFL/Bellator co-main event, defeating Ryan Bader by first-round TKO. He has 13 wins and three losses on his record.
