Former Glory champion Frenchman Cédric Doumbé, now competing in MMA, has signed a contract with the PFL. It was announced by the promotion on its social media.
Doumbé said the PFL will pay him $140,000 per fight, while the UFC was offering $20,000 per performance and a $20,000 bonus for a win. Cédric is expected to make his PFL debut on June 23.
Doumbé last fought against Paweł Klimas in March of this year. Cédric won that fight by TKO in the second round.
Doumbé fought in December 2022 against Florent Brillon. That fight, which was stopped in the first round, ended in Cédric's favor by knockout. He has four wins and no losses under his belt.
