Former Bellator welterweight champion, Russian fighter Andrey Koreshkov, spoke exclusively to Telecomasia.net about the challenges he has faced competing in the PFL.
Andrey Koreshkov
I want to have a fight before the end of the year, but I haven’t received any offers from PFL. The tournament schedules are already set, and many fighters don’t get enough fights. I’m ready to step in on short notice and I hope to fight in the new PFL season.
For context, the “Spartan’s" latest fight took place on the night of June 29 in Sioux Falls, USA, at the PFL 6: 2024 Regular Season tournament. Koreshkov won by unanimous decision against Brazilian Goiti Yamauchi, bringing his record to 28 wins and 5 losses.
