As for the challenge of Khamzat Chimaev, I think he's a very good athlete of a high level, and I want to fight the strongest fighters in our division. And he has a pretty big name. So it would be a great fight for stepping up to the title.
The 34-year-old Dolidze has 12 wins and suffered only one loss. Now Roman is on a streak of four wins in a row, and in his previous fight he defeated Jack Hermansson by TKO.
The 28-year-old Chimaev has 12 wins and no defeats under his belt. On September 10, Khamzat defeated Kevin Holland by submission at UFC 279.
