Former UFC bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw believes he is the only fighter in his weight class with the best record.
T.J. Dillashaw
I already consider myself the greatest bantamweight fighter in history. I have all the records behind me, and I continue to rule. This win [over Sterling] will solidify my legacy. Name me a guy who has a better resume right now. I'm the best in my weight class. I haven't fought a fighter below the top five in the rankings since 2014. I'm at the top.
In the co-main event of UFC 280 on Oct. 22 in Abu Dhabi, Dillashaw will fight Aljamain Sterling for the bantamweight title.
In his last fight at UFC Vegas 32, Dillashaw defeated former UFC contender Cory Sandhagen by split decision. T.J. has 18 wins and four losses under his belt.
