UFC president Dana White shared his thoughts on the upcoming fight between Michael Chandler and the promotion's former double champion Conor McGregor.
I have nothing against any of these guys at the moment. I’ve been saying that for some time, next year Conor will fight. If Chandler gets nervous, we’ll figure something out.
Chandler last fought against Dustin Poirier in November 2022 at UFC 281. In that confrontation, Michael was defeated by a choking submission in the third round. He has 23 wins and eight losses on his record.
McGregor last went into the octagon against the same Poirier in July 2021 at UFC 264. Conor lost this fight by technical knockout after breaking his leg. He has 22 wins and six losses on his record.
