The head of the UFC promotion Dana White took part in the ceremonial opening of the UFC Performance Institute in the Mexican capital, Mexico City.

This has been a dream/goal of mine for a very long time, going back to 2001. To finally be here and walk the halls of the UFC Performance Institute in Mexico City is a monumental moment in the history of our sport.
Recall that on February 18 in Anaheim, USA, the UFC 298 tournament took place. In the main event of the evening, a title fight between Alexander Volkanovski and Ilia Topuria took place. Topuria secured victory by knockout in the second round and claimed the championship belt. He now holds 15 wins and no losses. Alexander has 26 wins and four losses on his record.
