UFC No. 11 ranked lightweight Dan Hooker has let slip that flyweight fighter Kai Kara-France and middleweight Israel Adesanya will have their fights at UFC 305 in Perth, Australia.
Hooker told Combat TV:
I want that day. I want it on Perth, so I kind of stood my ground a little bit. They said I'll be on the card but I've just got no idea who I'll be fighting. I don't care if they're ranked, unranked, higher, lower, left, or right. I just want to be [fighting] on that date. You know, like, Kai [Kara-France] is on it, Izzy [Israel Adesanya] is on it. I just want to have fun with my mates.
Adesanya, 34, last stepped into the octagon in September 2023 at UFC 293, losing to Sean Strickland via unanimous decision. He has 24 wins and three losses on his record.
Recall, on June 4, Kara-France held a bout against Amir Albazi. This confrontation lasted the whole distance and ended in favor of Albazi by a split decision. He has 24 wins and 11 losses on his record.
Hooker, 34, last stepped into the octagon in July 2023 at UFC 290, defeating Jalin Turner by split decision. He has 23 wins and 12 losses on his record.
