PRIDE middleweight champion Dan Henderson revealed how he would proceed in a fight against UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira.
On his YouTube channel Henderson said:
If I had to fight him [Pereira], I would definitely be working on striking my way into that clinch for a takedown and really wearing him out before I stood up and just banged with the. That would've been part of the game plan and that's one of the things Pereira needs to work on.
As a reminder, Pereira will fight against Jamahal Hill in the main event of UFC 300 on April 14.
Pereira, 36, last fought in November 2023 at UFC 295, defeating Jiri Prochazka by technical knockout in the second round. He has nine wins and two losses on his record.
