On Tuesday in Albuquerque, a court session was held regarding UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones, who is accused of assaulting an employee of the anti-doping agency Drug Free Sport.
Jones entered a plea agreement, after which Judge Asra I. Elliott approved the conditions under which the charges will be dropped. The fighter will be cleared after completing a four-hour anger management course and stays out of legal trouble for the next 90 days.
Recall that in March, a doping agent arrived at Jones' home to collect a urine sample, but according to her, the fighter, while under the influence of alcohol, seized her phone and started threatening her.
On November 17 in New York (USA), Jon Jones will defend his title against Stipe Miocic at UFC 309.
