Obviously Dana White wants this fight, the UFC wants this fight, and McGregor wants this fight. I've always said that Conor makes the MMA world a better place, so let me be his opponent. I hope our fight takes place in July in Las Vegas at the T-Mobile Arena. I believe this fight will happen as long as everything is moving in the right direction.
Chandler faced Dustin Poirier in his last fight, which took place in November 2022 at UFC 281. That bout ended with Poirier winning by choke in the third round. Last May, at UFC 274, Chandler defeated Tony Ferguson by TKO in the second round. The 36-year-old Chandler has 23 wins and eight losses under his belt.
