The bantamweight title bout between U.S. fighter Henry Cejudo and Ecuadorian fighter Marlon Vera will take place on August 19 at UFC 292 in Boston (USA).

Vera, 30, last competed in the Octagon in March 2023 at UFC on ESPN 43, losing to Cory Sandhagen by split decision. He has 20 wins and eight losses under his belt.
