Former UFC two-weight champion Henry Cejudo spoke out about his loss against Aljamain Sterling at UFC 288 in Newark, New York, USA.
Henry Cejudo
He’s tougher than what I thought. He’s a gamer. It’s been a few years but no excuses. It was close but Aljamain did his job, he got the victory. I think we go back and think about it. If I’m not first, I’m last. Who knows this may be the last time you see me in the octagon.
Recall, in the main event of UFC 288, which took place on the night of May 7 in Newark (USA), Cejudo suffered a loss to Sterling by split decision of the judges. Thus, Aljamain defended his title of the bantamweight division for the third time.
