UFC welterweight fighter Sean Brady, currently ranked fifth in the division, discussed his victory over British fighter Leon Edwards.
On March 22 at the O2 Arena in London, during the main event of UFC Fight Night 255, Brady secured a win by submission (guillotine choke) in the fourth round.
Sean Brady, post-fight news conference
Leon's a very technical fighter, but when you make it a real hard fight, he tends to break, and I could see he was breaking. I did it a lot better than Belal did. I dominated Leon every round. No one's ever done it like me. Then I submitted him and made him quit in front of his hometown.
Previously, Edwards faced Belal Muhammad in July 2024 at UFC 304, losing by unanimous decision. He has a record of 22 wins, five losses, and one no contest.
Sean Brady's last fight was in September 2024 at UFC Fight Night 242, where he won against Gilbert Burns by unanimous decision. His record now stands at 18 wins and one loss.
