American fighter Sean Brady will replace Australian Jack Della Maddalena in the matchup against British fighter Leon Edwards at UFC Fight Night 255, which will take place on March 22 in London.
It was recently announced that Maddalena will fight the current welterweight champion Belal Muhammad at UFC 315 in Montreal on May 11.
Edwards last fought Belal Muhammad in July 2024 at UFC 304, where he lost by unanimous decision, surrendering his championship title. He holds a record of 22 wins and 4 losses, with one fight declared a no contest.
Brady last competed against Gilbert Burns in September 2024 at UFC Fight Night 242, winning the match by unanimous decision after going the distance. His record currently stands at 17 wins and 1 loss.
