Former UFC light heavyweight champion, Polish fighter Jan Blachowicz reacted to the words of Austrian representative Aleksandar Rakic after their fight at the upcoming UFC 297 event was canceled.
Earlier, Blachowicz said he made the decision to withdraw from his rematch with Rakic because he needed shoulder surgery. The Austrian fighter reacted on his social media accounts, calling Blachowicz "legendary Polish bullshit."
First he [Rakic] cries after I broke him, then he cries when I need to take care of my injury. Be happy that I will not break you this time, again. You can now go and continue to cry…
Recall, the first fight between Rakic and Blachowicz took place in May 2023 at UFC Vegas 54. In this confrontation, Jan won by technical knockout after his opponent was unable to continue the fight due to a knee injury in the third round.
Rakic has 14 wins and three losses on his record. Blachowicz has 29 wins, ten losses and one draw.
