Former UFC light heavyweight fighter Abdul-Kerim Edilov passed away at the age of 31. The cause and circumstances of his death are currently unknown.
For some time Abdul-Kerim Edilov was the personal trainer of Chechen Republic president Ramzan Kadyrov's children.
Edilov had his last fight against Serb Bojan Mihajlovic in September 2017 at the UFC Fight Night 115 tournament. Abdul-Kerim won that fight by TKO.
Edilov stepped into the cage in June 2013 against former UFC light heavyweight champion Czech Jiří Procházka at Fight Nights. That fight ended in Abdul-Kerim's favor with a choking submission in the first round. He has 17 wins and four losses under his belt.
