The heavyweight title fight between champion Ryan Bader and challenger Linton Vassell will take place on October 7 in the main event of Bellator 300.
This was officially announced by the press service of the league.
Recall, the fighters last met in November 2017 at Bellator 186. In this confrontation, Bader won by technical knockout in the second round.
Bader's last fight was against Russian Fedor Emelianenko on February 5 at Bellator 290. In this confrontation, Ryan won by technical knockout in the first round. He has 34 wins and seven defeats on his account.
Vassell knocked out Russian Valentin Moldavsky in the first round at Bellator 292 in March of this year. Linton has 23 wins and eight losses.
