Four one in favor of Magomed. In the first round he was more active, he attacked, he pressed, he worked in defense and in offense. He made more accurate hits with his hands and legs. Blachowicz only hit the leg and landed one punch to the head that resulted in a split. There was nothing else of any significance.
In the fight between Ankalaev and Blachowicz, referee Mike Bell gave the Pole the first, second and third rounds, referee Derek Cleary thought Ankalaev was stronger in the third, fourth and fifth rounds and referee Sal D'Amato gave the Pole the first three rounds and the final one to the Russian with a two point advantage, setting a draw.
