Magomed Ankalaev, the top-ranked light heavyweight fighter in the UFC, shared when he expects to fight division champion Alex Pereira from Brazil.

Pereira has not yet agreed to the fight. But, sooner or later, it will happen. I think the fight can take place in May.
Ankalaev last entered the octagon in October 2024 during UFC 308, winning against Aleksandar Rakić by unanimous decision. He has a record of 19 wins, one loss, and one draw, with one fight ruled no contest.
