American Pyfer Breaks Ngannou's Punching Record

UFC commentator and comedian Joe Rogan revealed that American fighter Joe Pyfer broke the record of Francis Ngannou for the strongest punch on the measuring machine.

Recall, Ngannou was the strongest puncher since 2017.

BJ Penn quotes Rogan as saying:

Joe Rogan
That motherf***er hits so hard. We should tell everybody that he broke Francis Ngannou's record on that punch machine. They didn't want to register it which is, I don't understand why. why didn't they want to give it to him? The guy was saying like something was weird with the machine ... He (Joe Pyfer) did it like three times! Three times in a row.

Pyfer last stepped into the octagon this past October against Abdul Razak Alhassan at UFC Vegas 80. This confrontation, which was stopped in the second round, ended in favor of Pyfer with a choking submission. Joseph's record in mixed martial arts includes 12 wins and two losses.

Ngannou made his professional ring debut in October 2023. He stepped up for a bout against WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury. This fight lasted the entire distance and ended with Francis losing by split decision of the judges.
