Former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya reacted to former heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou's departure from the promotion.

Francis made the right decision. He became the guy that kicked down the door. I don't want to go into details, but he's right to demand things that should be mandatory. He didn't make insane demands. They were things comparable to the demands of guys who open tournaments and want their third or fourth cornerman paid for their hotel suit.
Adesanya last fought Brazilian Alex Pereira at UFC 281 in November. In that fight, the Israeli was defeated by TKO in the fifth round. He has a record of 23 wins and two losses.
The last time Ngannou stepped into the octagon was last January at UFC 270 against Ciryl Gane of France. That fight went the distance and ended in Francis' favor by unanimous decision. He has a record of 17 wins and three losses.
