German Ice Hockey Player Tobias Eder Passes Away at 26

Tobias Eder, a forward for the German ice hockey club Eisbaren, has passed away at the age of 26 due to complications related to cancer, the team announced.

The club expressed its deep sorrow over the loss, noting that Eder's death came as a shock. Eisbaren extended their condolences to his family, fiancée, and friends.

Eder represented Germany at various levels, including junior, youth, and senior teams. In 2024, he participated in the World Championship, playing three matches and scoring one goal.
