Former Real Madrid head coach Zinedine Zidane has commented on the possibility of taking over at Manchester United. Recently, the media speculated about the Frenchman's potential candidacy as a successor to Erik ten Hag in the managerial position at the club.
Zidane stated in an interview with L'Equipe, as reported by the Daily Mail:
I understand English, but I'm not completely fluent in it. I know that there are coaches who go to clubs without speaking the language, but I work in a different way.
Zidane led Real Madrid from 2016 to 2021, during which time the team won the UEFA Champions League three times under his management.
