According to statistical website Squawka, Swiss goalkeeper Yann Sommer of Inter Milan has achieved the highest percentage of clean sheets for a single club in UEFA Champions League history.
As reported, the 35-year-old has kept a clean sheet in 73% of his matches (8 out of 11) with the Italian team. This makes him the top goalkeeper among all players who have played at least ten matches for one club in the history of the Champions League.
Moreover, Sommer has 39 saves and conceded only four goals in the prestigious European tournament while representing Inter.
In the current season, Sommer has played four Champions League matches without conceding any goals. Transfermarkt values the Swiss goalkeeper at five million euros.
