Undisputed welterweight world champion American Terence Crawford has announced his plan to create a union of professional boxers to support his colleagues.

We don’t have a union but there needs to be one. A lot of fighters go broke after they finish fighting and that shouldn’t happen. If all the top boxers who have a name and their own brand unite, we can make a difference.
Crawford last stepped into the ring against Errol Spence in July of this year. Terence won that fight by technical knockout in the ninth round. He has 40 wins (31 by knockout) and no losses.
