The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has decided to revoke the San Siro stadium's right to host the final match of the 2026/2027 UEFA Champions League.

As the Municipality of Milano could not guarantee that the San Siro stadium and its surroundings would not be affected by refurbishment works in the period of the 2027 UEFA Champions League final.
The current Champions League title holder is Real Madrid, who won 2-0 against Borussia Dortmund in the final.
