UEFA has penalized FC Barcelona for a Nazi banner displayed during their Champions League match against AS Monaco, according to AP News.
The Catalan club has been fined €10,000 and has lost the right to sell tickets for their next away match in European competitions.
The match between Monaco and Barcelona took place on September 19 as part of the group stage of the 2024/25 Champions League season. It was held at the Louis-II Stadium in Monaco, where the home team secured a 2-1 victory.
Earlier, La Liga president Javier Tebas had accused Barcelona of corruption.
