The Telegraph ranked Manchester City as the main contender to win the tournament, with Bayern Munich and Real Madrid also in the top three.
Josep Guardiola's team is the current winner of the tournament. In one of the interviews the Spaniard promised to resign if Manchester City makes the treble this season.
Earlier, the Citizens became the first English team to win the tournament with eight consecutive victories.
