Qatar has made no provisions for Israeli fans at the World Cup to cook kosher food and perform prayers.
"We were told that the organizers have banned prayer areas for Jews because they can't ensure their safety. Although they had promised they would", The Jerusalem Post quoted the source as saying.
The World Cup in Qatar began on November 20 with an opening match between Qatar and Ecuador (0-2). Thirty-two national teams will participate in the group stage of the 2022 World Cup. The final of the tournament will be held in Lusail on December 18.
