TEAMtalk: Man Utd Consider Thomas Tuchel to Replace Erik ten Hag

The management of Manchester United has identified a leading candidate to replace Dutch coach Erik ten Hag. German specialist Thomas Tuchel, currently without a job, is the best option for the role.

According to TEAMtalk, Tuchel is eager to make a return to the Premier League and believes that English football aligns well with his coaching vision. The German previously managed Chelsea, where he led the team to a Champions League title in the 2020/2021 season.

Erik ten Hag was appointed as Manchester United’s head coach in the summer of 2022, guiding the team to two trophies: the FA Cup and the EFL Cup.

After six rounds of play, Manchester United sits in 13th place in the Premier League standings with seven points.

Former England footballer Gary Neville commented on Manchester United’s situation following their 0-3 loss against London’s Tottenham in the sixth round of the Premier League.
