Real Madrid and French midfielder Aurélien Tchouaméni confessed that his national teammate Kylian Mbappe talked to him about a possible move to PSG.
Aurélien Tchouaméni, quoted by L'Equipe
I believe I was created for Real Madrid. This is my destiny. That means I have worked hard to be here. I had a very interesting conversation with Kylian [Mbappe]. He wanted to know about my plans. After he decided to stay at PSG, he teased me together with [Presnel] Kimpembe. They said I should go to PSG, but my choice had been made a long time ago. We laughed.
Tchouaméni moved to Real Madrid last summer from Monaco. It was reported that Real Madrid would pay 80 million euros for the player, and the amount could rise to 100 million including bonuses.
The 22-year-old midfielder will play for his national team at the 2022 World Cup, which will be held in Qatar from November 20 to December 18. The French will play Denmark, Tunisia and Australia in the group stage.
