As reported by Telecomasia.net, Moscow side Spartak have not terminated its contract with Brazilian forward Willian José.
Earlier, journalist Emerson Junior announced that the forward had become a free agent and would sign with Brazilian club Bahia. According to our sources, there is currently no final agreement between the club and the player's side regarding his future, but contract termination remains one of the possible options. The forward himself is ready to continue his career in Brazil.
Willian José joined Spartak in the summer of 2024 from Spanish club Betis for €2 million. During his time with the team, the 33-year-old has played 13 matches across all competitions, scoring just one goal in the FONBET Russian Cup.
