Famous British online publication Daily Mail has named the top 10 highest-paid national team coaches at the 2024 European Football Championship.
The list is led by England's head coach Gareth Southgate. His salary amounts to $5.9 million. In second place is the coach of the German national team, Julian Nagelsmann, with $5.6 million. Third place goes to Portugal's specialist Roberto Martinez, earning $4.7 million.
Southgate took charge of the England national team in September 2016, following the resignation of Sam Allardyce. In December 2018, the English Football Association recognized him as Coach of the Year.
