The press service of Korean football club Seoul announced through the team's official media channels the signing of former Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard.
The 31-year-old Englishman joined the team as a free agent and signed a two-year contract. It was reported that clubs from Turkey and Saudi Arabia were interested in the player as well.
The midfielder spent last season at Nottingham Forest, where he played 20 matches in all tournaments, scoring two goals and making two assists. The Transfermarkt website estimates the market value of the player at €6 million.
