FIFA secretary general Fatma Samoura said that Senegal will resort to the assistance of shamans in order to guarantee the participation of Sadio Mané in the upcoming World Cup.
The African national team leader suffered a tendon injury during his last game for Bayern Munich against Werder. Mané was withdrawn from the game just 20 minutes after the start of the match. As of today, the player still has a chance of going to the World Cup in Qatar.
"We are going to use shamans. I don't know if their methods are effective, but in this case we're going to use their help anyway. We are hoping for miracles. He must be there!
