Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Sport has allocated more than €19.5 billion to local teams for transfers until 2030, according to journalist Ben Jacobs.

The Sports Ministry has allocated £17 billion (€19.7 billion) for transfers of Saudi Arabia's championship clubs until 2030.
Earlier, insider Fabrizio Romano reported that Saudi club Al-Hilal offered 300 million euros to PSG for the transfer of striker Kylian Mbappe.
According to Relevo, the player does not want to move to a club from Saudi Arabia. The French forward is ready to spend the season on the bench of PSG as a disciplinary punishment instead of moving to Al-Hilal.
