Saudi Arabian league technical director Michael Emenalo commented on a possible move to the championship of French striker PSG Kylian Mbappe.
Marca quotes Emenalo as saying:
The conversation with Mbappe is open, but we do not know what he wants to do. Our position is very clear. All players of this level know where we stand. If Mbappe has any opportunity or interest in being part of what we are building, now or in the future, we cannot refuse such an opportunity. He is a player I love.
Recall, earlier AS reported that the management of Real Madrid will send Mbappe his contract offer at the beginning of the new year. Real Madrid will wait for the Frenchman's response until January 15, 2024.
Mbappe's current agreement with PSG runs until the end of June 2024. The forward played 14 games in the season-2023/24 in Ligue 1, where he scored 15 goals and made two assists, as well as scored three goals in six games in the Champions League. Transfermarkt website estimates Mbappe's transfer value at €180 million.
Earlier, Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti refused to comment on the possible signing of Mbappe. The Frenchman will compete with Messi and Haaland for the title of best player of 2023 according to FIFA.
