Liverpool's Egyptian striker Mohamed Salah has revealed how he found out about head coach Jurgen Klopp's decision to leave the club at the end of the 2023/24 season.
Sky Sports quotes the striker as saying:

We had a meeting at 10:30 which is weird, I came in and saw his agent and thought he'd renewed his contract! And then van Dijk told me he was leaving... I was like: why?!
Recall, the German specialist has headed Liverpool since 2015. During his tenure, he brought the team to eight trophies, including victory in the Champions League and the UEFA Super Cup. Klopp explains his decision to leave the team by running out of energy.
