Salah Becomes Eighth Best All-Time Premier League Scorer

Liverpool winger and Egyptian national team player Mohamed Salah scored in the 9th round of the English Premier League (EPL) match against London’s Arsenal (2:2), moving up to eighth place on the list of all-time top scorers in Premier League history.

The 32-year-old athlete now has 163 goals in the EPL, surpassing former Tottenham forward Jermain Defoe (162) and tying with iconic former Liverpool player Robbie Fowler (163).

Salah has been with Liverpool since 2017. Throughout his time with the club, he has played 362 matches across all competitions, scoring 219 goals and providing 96 assists. His current contract with the Reds runs until the end of June 2025. Transfermarkt values the player at €55 million.

Previously, Salah surpassed Arsenal's Bukayo Saka on FourFourTwo's list of the best current right wingers.

Furthermore, the Egyptian beat Cristiano Ronaldo in the ranking of the best wingers in Premier League history.
