Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo has expressed his desire to see defender Sergio Ramos join his club Al-Nassr, AS reports.
According to the source, the club's sporting director Fernando Hierro is also interested in the transfer of the 38-year-old player. Ramos is offered a multi-million dollar contract. Apart from that, clubs from Turkey and MLS are showing interest in the Spanish defender.
June 17, Sevilla announced that Ramos leaves the club at the end of the contract. The defender played 37 matches in the last season-2023/24, scored seven goals and gave one goal.
Ramos and Ronaldo previously played together at Real Madrid from the 2009/10 season to the 2017/18 season. During that time, they won two Spanish championships, two Spanish Cups and two Spanish Super Cups together. The players won four Champions Leagues, three Super Cups and three Club World Cups on the international stage.
