Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo, 37, has rented 17 rooms in an elite 99-story skyscraper in Riyadh after signing a contract with Saudi club Al-Nassr.
The Daily Mail reports that the striker checked into the Kingdom Tower hotel with his family, friends and security. Renting accommodation in Saudi Arabia will cost Ronaldo 280 thousand euros.
It was previously reported that the striker could make his debut for his new team on January 22, when Al-Nassr will meet Al Ettifaq in the local championship. By that game, Ronaldo's two-match suspension, imposed earlier by the Football Association of England (FA), will expire.
Ronaldo started the current season at Manchester United, but terminated his contract with the English club on November 22. At the end of December, the Portuguese signed a contract with Al-Nassr.
