Ronaldo Is Looking for Elderly Fan Who Chanted His Name

Al-Nassr and Portugal national team forward Cristiano Ronaldo has posted a message on his social media page calling for help in finding an elderly fan who was chanting his name during a match and was in tears.

The 39-year-old veteran noted in the video's caption that he would be grateful for any information. In the video, one of many emotional fans of “the Global One” is filming the action on the field on his phone. Afterward, he began to chant Ronaldo's name along with others.

In the 2024/2025 season, Ronaldo played in seven matches in the Saudi Arabian Championship, scoring six goals and providing two assists. He also scored one goal in two UEFA Champions League matches. Ronaldo's contract with Al-Nassr runs until the end of June 2026, and his market value, according to Transfermarkt, is estimated at €15 million. Cristiano Ronaldo recently stated that he wants to spend his last season of his professional career with Lisbon-based team Sporting, who gave him the opportunity to play in professional football.
