Pele was recognized by FIFA as the best player of the 20th century. The Brazilian won the World Cup three times and received a Ballon d'Or in 2014. He played 92 matches for the Brazilian national team, scoring 77 goals. Pele passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 82.
